Dies offers top-notch legal counsel coupled with a pragmatic approach. She is co-founder of the firm. With extensive expertise in various facets of labour law, including collective and individual redundancies, cases involving (sexual) harassment, and facilitating procedures with works councils, Dies primarily serves large and medium-sized companies across sectors such as ICT, automotive, banking, insurance, and public media. She is a member of the Dutch Labour Law Association (VAAN).
